[Well, the south point is something, at least, and as much as Momo might like to offer the benefit of the doubt, he's not wasting an hour here trying to convince this crab that they're not about to swipe its boot. He's already following the line of the shaken claw with his gaze, seeing that it leads out into deeper ocean - it's a direction, at least, even if it only opens up more possibilities for hiding spots.

Glancing over to Sora, Momo gives a bit of a smile before pulsing his bell, rising a good distance above the crab so he can reorient himself to the new direction without risking tentacles trailing in pinch distance.]

Well, I don't want to stress you out any more than you have been today, so I guess if we can't convince you then it's best to just be on our way. [He's not necessarily opposed to bringing back the shell still if they find it, but he's not entirely sure the crab would take their help if they did, so for the moment, he'll offer it a wave and beckon for Sora to join him in heading onwards.]
