Hmm, if someone who has seen as much as Emet-Selch hadn't seen anything quite like this place before then it seemed to him unlikely anyone else who was newly arrived would have any more of an inkling. Not exactly a comforting thought but it did imply something of an equal footing in that regards. Which meant whomever could learn the most about this strange place, would have an advantage in times to come.

That would be something that he would have to keep in mind. Perhaps pay attention to whatever chatter arose among the newly arrived and discover which ones were useful and which were just useless; see which ones can be maneuvered and in which fashions. There was certainly more to take into consideration now.
