"That doesn't explain much," he sighs, appearing to notice that the other man is actually half-octopus. He blinks, but then shifts to face Izuku better, brows furrowed.

"You could breathe under the water? Intriguing! So I suppose you aren't always a strange assortment of limbs and tentacles? Ah, but I've never seen anything like it before! Apologies, I'm getting ahead of myself..."

Never mind that he almost just drowned, this man is partially an octopus! He can at least swim, but he's much more comfortable being held up.

"I don't suppose you can see land anywhere? My eyes are somewhat sore from the water, forgive me."
