It's very apart from anything he's familiar with even just being centralised around one particular building - with multiple dimensions potentially involved - but that last bit is what makes him actually blink in surprise.]

What, so it's just...out in space on its own? [He has a lot of questions about how that even works, functionally, but he's assuming Nova isn't any more privy to the answers than he is.] I'll definitely have to check this all out myself, it doesn't sound like any of the cities in my world. We definitely don't have dimension-folding buildings, or whatever this place is doing.

[That said, it is useful to know that this whole scenario inside is probably a "staging", considering the name of the building. He'd already suspected it based on the general behaviour in here, but the confirmation is nice.]
