The explosion has Hythlodaeus darting behind the rock briefly. He wasn't expecting it!

He swims back out again and gets closer to Bakugo, curious.

"That's an odd name for not-magic. I'm going to assume you have a Quirk, then?"

He lifts his hands and in response to the explosion he lets ice coat his hands, his fingers becoming sharp. He doesn't intend to harm Bakugo, of course. But if the other man can show off a little then so can he!
